FAQs — Before You Order

Choose a starter bundle for the number of tools you want to charge now: 1, 3, or 5.

Your starter bundle includes the pods, power supply with PSU panel, selected inserts, and cover panels. Choose your panel color and match an insert to each tool.

You can add more pods later, up to 10 total HexPods on one cord.

Match your tool’s brand, exact model, and voltage or version to the insert selection. Check the model and electrical information on your tool; a similar appearance does not guarantee a match.

If more than one version is listed, choose the one that matches your tool. Different models can share an insert, so select your specific model when it is listed.

Not sure? Contact us with the brand, model, and clear photos of the tool and its label before ordering.

Yes. Add a HexPod Add-on to your starter bundle as your station grows. One cord supports up to 10 total HexPods, including the pods you already own.

Choose your add-on panel color, then choose the device insert for your new tool. Inserts are sold separately; match your tool’s brand, exact model, and voltage or version.

The add-on does not include a power supply. Starting from scratch? Choose a starter bundle for the starter essentials.
