Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If an order is placed after 2:00 PM PST, it will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders may experience slight delays during high-demand periods or due to carrier disruptions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $300.00 before tax (if applicable).
International Shipping
- International shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery is typically 7-21 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- We currently ship to all countries.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Hexpod is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier errors.
- If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@thehexpod.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified once placed.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible.
